By paying an additional 10,000 JPY per pass as a cancellation guarantee fee at the time of purchase, you become eligible for a refund upon cancellation, provided if all the refund conditions are met.

[Refund Conditions]
We refund the Kiroro Season Pass only if all of the following conditions are met.
1) Cancellation Guarantee fee has already been paid upon purchase of the Season Pass.
2) Cancellation must be requested by Thursday, December 31st, 2026.
3) The Season Pass remains entirely unused.
[Refund Amount]
The amount of credit to be refunded is after the Cancellation Guarantee Fee is deducted.
Please note that any bank transfer fees, additional charges, or other applicable fees must be paid by the guest.
[ Kiroro Season Pass Benefits ]
1) Discount rates for lift tickets at the Hokkaido Ski Season Net affiliated ski resorts.
2) The Kids Season Pass will be provided to children of Kiroro Season Pass holders who are 5 years old and under at the on-site ticketing counter.

- All benefits are only available to the Kiroro Season Pass holder themselves and valid until the end of the target winter season.
- Please be sure to present your Season Pass when receiving benefits and services.
- The operating schedule and time is subject to change due to snow conditions and other reasons without prior notice.
- We ask for a 500 JPY refundable card deposit per newly issued season pass card at the on-site counter apart from season pass fee which is already paid.
- Children ages 5 and under must be resistered their face picture and informaton for a Kids complementaly pass. Please proceed to the ticketing counter with your children upon arrival. A 500 JPY card deposit is required.
- Any season passes, other than the season pass with cancellation guarantee fee, are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of reasons and cases, such as injury, cancellation of itinerary, illness, pregnant, also in the event of delay in opening or early closure for the season.
